I’ve always been fascinated with the "personness" of a person. The uniqueness of our loved ones, that which spoken word often fails to describe. The essence of one's character that is impossible to touch and is often only known to our loved ones. A photograph has a way of capturing that which can not be held.
The stories within them can make us feel the hunger of a child, a thousand miles away, hear the laughter of favorite Aunt, decades later and provoke empathy, compassion, inspiration, camaraderie, unity, curiosity and even wonder.
